Strategic people planning, restructuring, and re-engineering, identifying people issues in the value chain, mergers, acquisitions and disposals – TUPE, people planning and setting up recruitment chains (RPO, MSP, Master Vendor), succession planning and people development plans, redundancy & outplacement support. An experienced and qualified HR Director with 30 years experience in blue chip companies on an interim basis.
